Feature: Automatic Printhead Maintenance (Nozzle Purge & Drop Deflection)

1. Methanol Warning: Videojet 1510 inks contain methanol. The manual states you must use gloves (Nitrile, not Latex) when handling ink cartridges. Exposure limits: 200 ppm in air.
2. No Smoking: The solvent (make-up) is highly flammable. The manual mandates that the printer be placed 3 feet away from any ignition source.
3. Electrical Grounding: The 1510 requires a dedicated earth ground. The manual includes a test procedure for checking ground continuity with a multimeter.

Problem:

"Printhead temperature too high" error. Solution: (Page 5-9 of Maintenance Manual) - Clear the air intake filter located behind the left panel. Dust accumulation is the #1 cause.
