The is a staple in power electronics for fixed-frequency pulse-width-modulation (PWM) control. However, if you've opened LTspice recently, you probably noticed a problem: there is no native TL494 model in the standard library.

- LTspice Yahoo Group (now Groups.io): The archive contains a TL494 subcircuit dated 2004 that still works perfectly.
Schematic Setup in LTSpice:
- Fix: Add a realistic series resistance to inductors (e.g., 10mΩ) and capacitors (e.g., 50mΩ). Use .options method=gear or cshunt=1e-15.
