Doctor's Viewer Setup

Issue 2: Black screen / No preview

  • Try alternate USB ports (preferably USB 2.0 if device is legacy).
  • Check Device Manager for unknown devices and update driver manually.
  • Temporarily disable other camera-using apps (e.g., Zoom) that may block access.
  1. Check your original camera USB for the installer.
  2. If lost, request a legacy link from your OEM support.
  3. Disable driver signing temporarily on Windows 11.
  4. Test Twain integration with your PMS before deploying to all operatories.
