System Requirements for Flexi 10.5 (Optimization Guide)

1. Import Artwork: Drag a customer's PNG logo into the workspace.
2. Trace: Use Effects > Auto Trace to convert the logo into clean vectors.
3. Add Cut Contour: Select the vector > Go to Arrange > Contour Cut > Set offset (0.025" is standard).
4. Add Registration Marks: Go to File > Print & Cut > Select "Type 2" marks (4 corners). Adjust mark size to 0.25 inches.
5. RIP to Production Manager: Click "Print" – The file sends to Production Manager. Choose your media profile and ICC profile.
6. Print: Send to your eco-solvent or latex printer.
7. Cut: Load the printed sheet back into the plotter. The cut server reads the registration marks and cuts out your stickers automatically.
