Solution:

- Remove the device from Bluetooth settings.
- On the pen tray, press and hold the Connect button (pinhole on the side) for 5 seconds until LED blinks rapidly.
- In Windows, go to Bluetooth & other devices → Add Bluetooth device.
- Select "Polyvision Pen Tray" – do NOT use the "eno Board" entry if both appear.
- After pairing, open Device Manager → Bluetooth → right-click the tray → Properties → Services – ensure HID Service is checked.
