Onity Trillium Lock Manual

Introduction

• Grand Master (GM): Opens all locks. Store this card in a safe, not in the front desk drawer.
• Master (MT): Opens all guest rooms but not the manager's office or utility closets.
• Emergency (EM): Bypasses dead batteries (external power supply required).
• Staff (SF): Limited time windows for housekeeping.

Manual cleaning per Onity guidelines:

1. Entering a Code: Users can enter a code using the keypad to access the secured area.
2. Using a Credential: Users can also use a smart card or proximity card to access the secured area.
3. Access Levels: The system allows administrators to set up different access levels, which determine the areas that users can access.
