• Material: It is a thick, scuba-style neoprene. It blocked the wind better than I expected for a cropped piece. It also wiped clean easily after a bug splatter to the chest.
• Visibility: The reflective piping on the seams is subtle during the day but lights up nicely in headlights at night. Smart safety touch.
