Neutrik’s Official Support Portal: As of 2024-2025, Neutrik has updated their backend. Request part number A2-SERV-EN-V2. This is the fixed version addressing early PCB revision errors.
GroupDIY and Gearspace Forums: User "MicUlli" and "RupertNEVE" have released a community-corrected service manual (Revision C) that highlights the factory mistakes. Search for "Neutrik A2 service manual correction pack."
Direct from Neutrik Tech Support (The Best Route): Email service@neutrik.com and ask for the internal service manual for the A2 with calibration values. Reference your serial number. They now provide a PDF with the phasing error and capacitance offset corrections.
