do not ship with a universal default password

When discussing the "default admin password" for MDaemon, it is important to understand that modern versions of the software for security reasons.

• [ ] Still using default/weak administrative credentials.
• [ ] No longer using default credentials — password has been changed.

• Log into the Windows Server physically or via RDP.
• Open the MDaemon Messaging Server application (the blue icon in the system tray).
• Go to Accounts -> Account Manager.
• Find the Admin account -> Click Change Password.

• Add their own email accounts.
• Forward all your email to an external address.
• Bypass spam filters.
• Use your server to send spam (causing IP blacklisting).
• Delete mailboxes and backups.
