“Plugin ‘XYZ’ failed validation”

• "MainStage is damaged and can’t be opened" : This usually happens with older installers on newer macOS due to Gatekeeper security. Open Terminal and enter: xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/MainStage.app
• Missing Sounds: Go to MainStage > Sound Library > Download All Available Sounds.
• High CPU Usage: Reduce the buffer size in Audio Preferences (larger buffer = less CPU but higher latency) or freeze tracks.
