TET/TAIT Requirement:

Right to Maternity Leave: As per the Maternity Benefit Act (paid leave for up to 180 days for first two children).
Right to Annual Increment: ₹500 per year for first 3 years, then pay band jump.
Right to Seniority List: Each Zilla Parishad must publish a district-wise seniority list of Sevaks every year.
Right to Grievance Redressal: A district-level committee headed by the Deputy Director of Education must hear complaints within 30 days.
Right to Transfer (limited): After 3 years, a Shikshan Sevak can request transfer under rare circumstances (spousal transfer, medical grounds).
