  • If running in containers, verify volumes are mounted and paths inside container match config.
  • Check firewall rules and DNS for any remote data endpoints.
  • Confirm the service can resolve and reach the data host (ping, traceroute).
  • Firewall, proxy, or TLS settings block access to TecDoc’s servers.
  1. Open ODBC Data Source Administrator (64-bit or 32-bit must match the application).
  2. Check under the System DSN tab.
  3. If the name referenced in the config file is missing, click Add to create it.
  4. Configure the driver to point to the correct SQL instance.
