The error message "Loading data failed, check the configuration file"
- If running in containers, verify volumes are mounted and paths inside container match config.
- Check firewall rules and DNS for any remote data endpoints.
- Confirm the service can resolve and reach the data host (ping, traceroute).
- Firewall, proxy, or TLS settings block access to TecDoc’s servers.
- Open ODBC Data Source Administrator (64-bit or 32-bit must match the application).
- Check under the System DSN tab.
- If the name referenced in the config file is missing, click Add to create it.
- Configure the driver to point to the correct SQL instance.
