Method 1: Changing Language in NBA 2K11 on PC (The Correct Way)

Go to the drive where you installed NBA 2K11.
Default path (Steam): C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\nba 2k11
Default path (Disk): C:\Program Files\2K Sports\NBA 2K11

Unlike console versions, the PC edition of NBA 2K11 stores language settings in a configuration file, not in a menu. There is no official “link” to click, but you can manually edit a file.

Change 0 = English, 1 = French, 2 = Spanish, 3 = German, 4 = Italian.

Start NBA 2K11: Begin the game on your PS3.
Go to the Options Menu: From the main menu, go to "Options."
Select Game Settings: In the options menu, choose "Game Settings."
