5. Operating Modes
- With the camera powered off or on (per model), connect via USB. The camera should appear as a removable drive. Copy or delete files using your OS file manager. Safely eject before unplugging.
The Hicam H6 Mini DV is a small, lightweight camera that measures 60mm x 40mm x 20mm and weighs approximately 60 grams. It features a 2.7-inch LCD screen, a 12-megapixel CMOS sensor, and supports video recording up to 1080p resolution. The camera also includes a built-in microphone, USB port, and HDMI output.

Operating the HiCam H6 Mini DV
- Turn the device on (Red light solid).
- Press the Power/Mode Button twice (or hold for 3 seconds, depending on the revision) to enter Motion Detection Mode.
- The indicator light (usually Red and Blue) will flash briefly and then turn off.
- The camera is now monitoring. When movement is detected, it begins recording automatically.
- It will stop recording and save the file after a set period of inactivity (usually 2-3 minutes) or when memory is full.
- To exit, press the Shutter button or turn the device off.
