Battery Resets:

If your battery refuses to charge despite correct voltages, placing it on a Hart 20V 4-Port Charger for a few minutes can sometimes trigger a manual reset.

1. Measure pack voltage between T1 (B+) and T5 (B-) → Should be ~20V (or 0V if protection board is tripped).
2. Measure thermistor (Ohms mode) between T2 and T5 → Should read 8kΩ–12kΩ at room temp.
3. Measure ID resistor (Ohms mode) between T3 and T5 → Compare to table above.
