Flash Loader Tool 750 Hot Fixed

Flash Loader Demonstrator (often referred to as the STM32 Flash Loader) is a free software utility from STMicroelectronics

1. Hardware: A USB-to-Serial (TTL) adapter capable of 750,000 baud. Recommended: FTDI FT232R or CP2104.
2. Target MCU: Any STM32 with a USART bootloader (virtually all STM32s).
3. Software: ST Flash Loader Demonstrator (v3.x or later) or the command-line version.
4. Wiring: Connect the adapter to the MCU:
