Solving the ETABS "License Not Recognized" Error 120
- Close ETABS completely.
- On the license server computer (not your local PC), open
Services.msc(Run →services.msc). - Find the service named Sentinel RMS License Manager or Sentinel RMS Server.
- Right-click it and select Stop.
- Wait 30 seconds. Right-click again and select Start.
- On your local computer, restart your machine.
- Try launching ETABS again.
