    Downloading a random font and installing it will not fix the missing mapping in your PDF or CAD software. The software is looking for a specific internal reference, not a user-installed font. To make it "work," you need to correct the reference, not collect fonts.

    1. Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro (not just the free Reader).
    2. Go to Print Production > Preflight.
    3. In the Preflight dialog, click the "Options" menu (top right) and select "Browse internal fixups..."
